The Discovery Center of the Southern Tier Binghamton, NY The Discovery Center had a special place in Angie's heart - among other things, it was and continues to be a major outlet for her artwork.  The Discovery Center's logo above, plastered on advertisements throughout the community, was designed by Angie and contains a baby Ben Traverse's handprint.  More of her drawings are found all over the Center's walls and some are still used in the Discovery Center newsletter, "Discoverings."  At the museum, there is an art gallery, memorial tree, and butterfly house dedicated to her memory.  The Discovery Center is a wonderful place for kids and adults of all ages and the Traverse family is truly honored to have them as a partner. A particularly big thank you to Discovery Center Director Pokey Crocker, who has been a major driving force behind this and many other Angie endeavors.   Pokey - you're the best!
